Hello friends, how can we effectively equip local pastors to defend core theological doctrines like the divinity of Christ while respecting historical church councils without elevating tradition to the same authority as scripture?
see in our city we hold prayer breakfast meetings where pastors of all evangelical churches regardless of denominations gather together to pray for the city and their prayer points, usually one church hosts once in a month, we typically do the first saturday of each month, so theres always some kind of mild to agressive beef goes on as they have different views and different opinions so what i wanna say is bring them together and do a meeting where they can agree to disgaree what they should believe or not, The core doctrines
